I love it. I've decided I'm moving in with you two (hope you don't mind).
so, it's pretty much AMAZING! where is the bedroom part of the room and what's the kitchen like?

the bedroom part is wherever you want it. it's an open loft space. right now the tenant has his headboard against the back cof the counch in the second picture. the kitchen is behind jo in the second picture. the counter space is smallish, but it's sweet and modern.
